Recently, we were checking out some of these posts on Instagram and one in particular caught our eye. Former UFC fighter, Dan ‘The Outlaw’ Hardy was training on one of our Headhunter bags!
As big fans of the UFC and MMA in general, we were excited to see this. Dan posts regular content on his channel showcasing his training routines and giving plenty of helpful tips and pointers, if you fancy trying some of his workouts for yourself.
